French Customer Assistant


Abramo Deutschland GmbH is an international, young and dynamic Company, operating in the Contact Center branch. We provide customer assistance pre and post-sale, in 6 different languages, for a very important e-commerce Player, worldwide leader in fashion and luxury.

Project: we support and advise customers, by phone and email, in purchasing fashion and luxury goods. We support them in navigating the website, place an order and we provide all the needed information regarding delivery and refunds.

Your area of responsibility
  • Deep understanding of customers’ needs , giving consultancy and offering them the best product according to their expectations.
  • Highlighting and focusing on products plus, by using proper language tools, coherent with the interlocutor.
  • Ability with email channels.
  • Generating the best possible customer experience on the factual and emotional level.

In this period we are looking for French native speaker or equivalent .

A good background in customer assistance activities complete your profile.
